The article highlights the importance of proper planning, prioritization of reconstruction needs and strategic long term planning of effective financial and resources management and future economic and social cohesion.

If interested, further Shabakat is currently developing a project to map the existing infrastructure to assess cost of damage, prioritize reconstruction plans, reinvest and rethink the infrastructural layout in key cities across Libya.
